（変更後） 1.商品には、①オンライン規約（http://minuetdoll.info/3d/）へのショートカット、②本規約のテキストファイル及び③甲が乙との関係で個別に規定する合意事項を記載したテキストファイル（以下「個別テキストファイル」といいます。）の3点が同梱されます。オンライン規約も本規約に含まれるものとし、オンライン規約とテキストファイルの規約に矛盾抵触がある場合は、オンライン規約を優先するものとします。オンライン規約と個別テキストファイルの規約に矛盾抵触がある場合は、個別テキストファイルを優先するものとします。なお、サーバーが通常通り機能しない場合は、テキストファイルの規約をご確認ください。
（追加） 4.本規約において、乙は、販売サイトのギフト機能により商品を取得した者を含むものとします。ギフトを贈る乙は、商品を取得した者に対して、事前に本規約を確認させるようにしてください。
第4条 （商品の権利及び利用方法）
4.甲は、乙が商品を次の方法で利用することを禁止します。

（Addition） 4.The Second Party shall, for purposes of these Terms, include the person who acquired the Product through the gift feature of the retail site. The Second Party giving the gift should ensure that the person who acquired the Product has reviewed these Terms in advance.
Art. 4. Rights to the Product, and how the Product is to be used
4.The First Party prohibits the Second Party from using the Product in any of the ways listed below.
